Meet some of the key leadership team members of AGM.
Greg Young
President
Before joining AGM, Greg worked as a sales representative and project manager for a residential/commercial glass company, and later as a supplier of architectural aluminum products for United States Aluminum. Greg was hired by AGM in 1999 as a contract sales representative and estimator, was promoted to sales manager in 2003, to Vice President in 2004 and to President in 2017. In this position he oversees overall operations and strategic planning for the company, and supports in various aspects including sales, project management and accounting.
Greg started his career in the U.S. Navy at age 18, serving at a number of ports and ships, including Plankowner (member of the first crew) of the newly commissioned USS Leyte Gulf (CG-55). After being honorably discharged in 1991, he joined the Navy Reserve in 1992, retiring in 2007 with 22 years of proud military service.
In his spare time Greg enjoys traveling, golf, and attending college football games.
Teresa Luttrell-Cook
Vice President of Accounting/Corporate Secretary
Before joining AGM in 2004, Teresa worked as an accounting assistant, an industrial wholesaler, and later as an accounting software representative. When Teresa started at AGM, she worked with a sister company processing all of their accounting. She then was moved into the AGM accounting department in various functions. Teresa is responsible for the accounting, human resources and financial operations of the company.
Outside of work, Teresa spends time volunteering. She served as the County Coordinator for six years at the Hancock County chapter of Special Olympics Indiana. She also serves as the President of the Arc of Hancock County, serving children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Teresa and her husband, Tom, have three sons, Tom Jr., Michael and Brandon. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys crafting, party planning and spending time with family and friends.
Trent Pohlar
Vice President of Contract Sales
Trent has more than four decades of experience in sales, management and engineering. With an associate’s degree in Architectural Technology, he began his career with a top architectural aluminum firm serving in various roles before joining AGM in 2004. At AGM, he worked as a sales representative and estimator before serving as Contract Sales Manager in 2014. Upon his promotion to this role he oversees the contract sales teams in all three AGM locations, explores new client engagements and maintains current client relationships.
He and his wife Pam have two daughters, Abbie and Ammie, and eight grandchildren ranging from 4 to 17. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time on the beach, rooting for the Colts, IU Hoosiers, Tampa Bay Lightning and everything IndyCar.
Jim Ferguson
Vice President of Contract Operations
Jim began his career in glazing over 30 years ago with another construction company before joining AGM in 1990 as a field glazier. Five years later he was promoted to Field Superintendent at a time when most jobs were fabricated in the field. He joined the home office in 2000 upon his promotion to Project Manager, where he oversaw most of AGM’s more complex contracts due to his strong background in mathematics and AutoCAD.
He also provided shop drawings for many of his own projects, as well as the service department and smaller contracts. In his current role, he oversees the company’s ongoing operations and day-to-day logistics for the large contract projects in all AGM locations.
Jim attended Franklin College and Ball State University, majoring in mathematics. He and his wife Michelle have a daughter, Halle. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and pretty much any activity related to sports, computers, or technology.
