Quality starts at the very top. Meet some of the key leadership team members of AGM.
Before joining AGM, Greg worked as a sales representative and project manager for a residential/commercial glass company, and later as a supplier of architectural aluminum products for United States Aluminum. Greg was hired by AGM in 1999 as a contract sales representative and estimator, was promoted to sales manager in 2003, to Vice President in 2004 and to President in 2017. In this position he oversees overall operations and strategic planning for the company, and supports in various aspects including sales, project management and accounting.
Greg started his career in the U.S. Navy at age 18, serving at a number of ports and ships, including Plankowner (member of the first crew) of the newly commissioned U.S.S. Leyte Gulf (CG-55). After being honorably discharged in 1991, he joined the Navy Reserve in 1992, retiring in 2007 with 22 years of proud military service.
He has a son, Samuel, currently studying at Purdue University and a daughter, Madeline, in high school. In his spare time Greg enjoys traveling, golf, and attending college football games.
Patricia A. Schott
Principle, Vice President of Finance
As an Owner and Vice President of Finance for Architectural Glass & Metal Co., Inc. (AGM) and Automated Doors & Access, Inc. (ADA), Patricia works directly with President Greg Menefee to manage the financials, banking, insurance and benefit programs. Since accepting these roles in 2002, Patricia has been instrumental in developing accounting software programs and procedures that have streamlined construction accounting.
Prior to joining AGM in 1999, Patricia was Controller at G.V. Aikman Co., Inc. from 1985-1999, and served as Corporate Secretary of the Midwest Foodservice Dealers Association. She has Training Certification in Small Business Seminars for Employment and Labor Law, Construction Contracts, Sales/Use Tax, OSHA and Safety.
Patricia is an advocate for the performing arts and shares her passion with countless students as the Owner and President of Dance Connection in Indianapolis since 1984. Patricia is the proud mother of two daughters, Melissa and Michelle, grandmother to Tyler and Savannah, and wife of 43 years to Mike. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating, watching baseball, attending dance and theatre productions, visiting classic car shows and relaxing at home.
Bodo Martin Schick
Vice President of Operations
Bodo started at Architectural Glass & Metal Co., Inc. (AGM) in 1994, working as a field superintendent, fabrication superintendent and general manager of projects before being promoted to his current position, in which he oversees much of the day-to-day operations of the company. Born in Marburg, Germany, he attended IUPUI and worked in framing and trim carpentry, and was a member of the local Carpenters Union. Bodo was also a field superintendent for various general contractors and operated his own general contracting company for a time.
Corporate Secretary/Office Manager
Before joining AGM in 2004, Teresa worked as an accounting assistant as an industrial wholesaler and later as an accounting software representative. When Teresa started at AGM, she worked with a sister company processing all of their accounting. She then was moved into the AGM accounting department in various functions. Teresa recently was promoted to her current position as Corporate Secretary, but remains involved with the accounting, human resources and the day-to-day operations of the company.
Outside of work, Teresa spends time volunteering. She served as the County Coordinator for six years at the Hancock County chapter of Special Olympics Indiana. She also serves as the President of the Arc of Hancock County, serving children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Teresa has been married to her husband, Tom, for 26 years and they have three sons, Tom Jr., Michael and Brandon. In her spare time, Teresa enjoys crafting, party planning and spending time with family and friends.
Contract Sales Manager
Trent has more than four decades of experience in sales, management and engineering. With an associate’s degree in Architectural Technology, he began his career with a top architectural aluminum firm serving in various roles before joining AGM in 2004. At AGM, he worked as a sales representative and estimator before being promoted to Contract Sales Manager in 2014. In this role he oversees the sales team, explores new client engagements and maintains current client relationships.
He and his wife Pam have been married 40 years, have two daughters, Abbie and Ammie, and eight grandchildren ranging from 4 to 17. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time on the beach, rooting for the Colts, IU Hoosiers, Tampa Bay Lightning and everything IndyCar.
Service Manager — Indiana
Tim has been in the glazing industry for 17 years, working on projects that ranged from small to large. With a previous glass company, he began his career as Glazing Superintendent and was later promoted to Operations Manager. He joined AGM in 2015 as a Project Manager in the Tennessee office before taking on his current role. He works to make sure clients are being served and projects are proceeding in accordance with our high standards.
Tim has been married to his wife, Julie for 24 years, and they have two children, Kayla and Matt. Born in Terre Haute, he loves spending time watching football, hockey and soccer, and traveling with his family.
General Manager — Ohio
Ron joined AGM in 2005 after previously working for 15 years in the construction/glazing industry. He got his start working in a glass fabrication shop as a summer job during school, then stayed on to become foreman. He later moved to the new custom door division, was promoted to department manager, and later project manager coordinator and service manager.
He started the AGM Ohio office with only one field technician and helped build the team up to more than two dozen employees. Ron was born and raised near Cincinnati, Ohio, and he and his wife, Melissa, have two sons. Ron is most happy when he can ride dirt bikes and share outdoor activities with his boys, play golf or learn a new tune on his guitar. He is most unhappy during winter, aside from snowboarding trips.
General Manager – Tennessee
After studying civil engineering at the University of Tennessee, Jeff started in the commercial glazing industry in 2000 as a project coordinator and draftsman, and by the next year he was managing projects of his own. He joined AGM in 2008 as a Project Manager, also working as a field superintendent, safety director, estimator, fabricator and installer, as client needs demanded.
In 2011 he was promoted to General Manager, overseeing all of AGM’s Tennessee operations. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, daughters Blake and Charli, going boating on the lake, entertaining friends and family at their house, and watching sports of all kinds.
